1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products—which include skin-contact items such as gels, oils, and sun care solutions—we maintain strict hygiene and quality control standards.
Therefore, for safety and hygiene reasons, all products sold by 8:50 Beauty are considered a final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We encourage you to carefully read the product descriptions and ingredient lists before completing your purchase to ensure they meet your needs. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect product selection, or adverse reactions (unless deemed a defect as outlined below).
2. Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
The only exception to our final sale policy is if you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping.
- Defective (e.g., faulty packaging, pump is broken).
- Incorrect (e.g., you received the wrong item or size).
In these rare instances, we will gladly offer a replacement or an alternative solution.
Reporting a Damaged or Defective Product
You must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date to report an issue. Claims submitted after this 7-day window may not be accepted.
To initiate a claim, please provide us with the following immediately:
- Your order number.
- The name of the damaged or incorrect item.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photographic evidence: Clear photos or a video showing the damage, defect, or the incorrect item you received.

3. Assessment and Resolution
Upon receipt of your claim, our Customer Care team will carefully review the evidence provided. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement: We will ship a replacement of the exact same item, free of charge.
- Store Credit: We may offer store credit of equal value to the product price, usable for future purchases on our website.
- Full Refund: In the event the product is out of stock and a satisfactory alternative is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to decline any claim if the product is not defective or damaged, or if the claim is made outside the stated timeframe.
4. Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we are responsible for an error (e.g., shipping the wrong product).
5. Governing Law
This Refund and Return Policy, and any disputes arising out of or related to your purchase or use of our products, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE.
